Welcome to JazèLUXE Hair Co. By placing an order through our website, social media platforms, or direct invoice, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

JazèLUXE Hair Co. specializes in premium-quality raw and luxury hair extensions, including but not limited to Raw Indian Straight, Raw Indian Wavy, Raw Indian Curly, closures, frontals, and related hair products. Due to the natural nature of raw hair, each bundle may vary slightly in color, texture, and pattern.

 

Order Processing

  • All orders require full payment before processing.
  • Processing times are typically 3-15 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • JazèLUXE Hair Co. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are separate from processing times.
  • All packages will be provided a tracking number via USPS
  • JazèLUXE Hair Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Please do not order if you are not willing to wait for your extensions, but it will be worth it.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once an order has been shipped.
  • If you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and proof of purchase.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received and verified.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from JazèLUXE Hair Co., you agree not to initiate a chargeback for products that have been delivered as described. Any fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with proof of order confirmation, tracking information, delivery confirmation, signature verificationand customer communication records.

Product Care

Customers are responsible for properly maintaining and caring for their hair extensions. JazèLUXE Hair Co. is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, coloring, chemical processing, excessive heat, or improper maintenance.

 Limitation of Liability

JazèLUXE Hair Co. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or services. Many online stores include limitations regarding liability, payment terms, shipping, returns, and customer responsibilities in their terms.

Changes to Terms

JazèLUXE Hair Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
