By accessing or purchasing from JazéLUXE Hair Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1. Product Information
JazéLUXE Hair Co. makes every effort to accurately represent the texture, color, length, and appearance of its products. Because hair is a natural product, slight variations in texture, density, color, and pattern may occur.
Product images may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and individual device settings.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full before they are processed, shipped, or released for pickup.
JazéLUXE Hair Co. reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect customer information, or inventory availability.
3. All Sales Final
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the nature of our products, JazéLUXE Hair Co. does not accept returns or provide refunds for hair that has been purchased and received.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing their purchase.
4. Exchanges
If an exchange is permitted by JazéLUXE Hair Co., the hair must be unused, unworn, unaltered, uncolored, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Any approved exchange must be requested within the timeframe stated in the store’s exchange policy. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs and any difference in product price.
5. Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
JazéLUXE Hair Co. is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by the shipping carrier after the order has been shipped.
Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer, JazéLUXE Hair Co. may consider the order fulfilled.
For higher-value orders, JazéLUXE Hair Co. may require signature confirmation upon delivery. Customers are responsible for being available to receive and sign for packages when signature confirmation is required.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Customers should monitor their tracking information and take reasonable precautions to receive their packages.
If a package is confirmed as delivered but cannot be located, the customer should first contact the shipping carrier and, when appropriate, file a claim.
JazéLUXE Hair Co. may request documentation from the carrier before determining whether any additional assistance can be provided.
7. Processing Times
Processing times may vary depending on whether an item is in stock or is being made or ordered specifically for the customer.
The processing time stated on the product page or at checkout applies to the applicable order.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time unless specifically stated otherwise.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Customers should carefully review their order before submitting payment.
Once an order has been submitted, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed and may not be possible once processing has begun.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact JazéLUXE Hair Co. directly regarding order concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks may be challenged using available order records, payment information, communications, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and other supporting documentation.
10. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for properly caring for and maintaining their hair after purchase.
JazéLUXE Hair Co. is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, excessive heat, chemical processing, coloring, bleaching, improper maintenance, excessive manipulation, or improper products.
11. Website Information
JazéLUXE Hair Co. makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, product availability, pricing, descriptions, promotions, processing times, and other information may change without notice.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including but not limited to photographs, logos, graphics, product descriptions, branding, and written content, belongs to JazéLUXE Hair Co. unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
13. Privacy
